My creative writing students will be reading from their ekphrastic writing projects. Ekphrastic writing is art-inspired literary work, and the MMFA graciously allows to come every spring for the upper-level students  to choose an art work as the inspiration for a creative writing piece.

BTW’s MayFest features performances by students as well as games and activities for the whole family. The Creative Writing magnet has a display table each year, and we sell our literary magazines.
